Every new install gets 48 hours of everything, with no card needed. A banner shows the time left. When it ends, a one-time purchase keeps RxAce unlocked for good. Your progress is never deleted.
No. You pay once and RxAce stays unlocked, including future content updates. There are no recurring charges.
Install RxAce from Google Play while signed in to the same Google account, then tap Restore purchase on the unlock screen. It also checks automatically when the app starts.
After checkout RxAce shows your license key (it starts with RXA1-). On the other device, open the unlock screen, choose "I already paid — enter license key" and paste it. You can see your key anytime under Me → Purchase.
Email support with your Square receipt (sent to the email you used at checkout) and we will send your key again.
Payments occasionally take a minute to confirm. Reopen RxAce; on Android tap Restore purchase; on the web tap "Check my payment". If it still doesn't unlock, contact support.
Google Play purchases: through Google Play. Website and Microsoft Store purchases: email us within 14 days of purchase.
Yes. Lessons, practice, flashcards, calculations and the drug reference work offline after the first visit. Plant photos are saved as you view them. Only buying, restoring a purchase and sending reports need a connection.
Progress is stored on your device, not in an account. Open Me → Settings → Export progress, move the file to the new device, then use Import progress there. Your purchase is restored separately (Restore purchase on Android, or your license key on the web).
RxAce moved to rxace.musehq.io. Open the old address once on the same device and choose "Move my progress" — your progress and license key come with you.
No. RxAce is not an accredited CE provider. Its CE log is a private record of CE you earned elsewhere, to help you track renewals.
Me → Settings → Erase my progress, or clear the app's or site's data, or uninstall the app. Nothing about your studying is stored on our servers.
